Voters TONDO Electoral Access and Transparency Initiative
Establishes measures to simplify ballot access for independent candidates, mandates plain-language voter information guides, and introduces independent audits of vote-counting infrastructure to rebuild public confidence.
As the representative for the Voters TONDO constituency, my primary mandate is to ensure the franchise is accessible, meaningful, and trusted. Simplifying ballot access empowers a broader range of voices, plain-language guides ensure informed participation, and independent audits directly address confidence in outcomes.
