Establishes a transparent audit standard for vote tabulation, expands accessible early voting windows, and simplifies ballot access rules to strengthen trust and participation across the Voters TONDO constituency.
As Ballot Line, representing the Voters TONDO constituency, my mandate is to champion measures that directly enhance confidence in electoral outcomes, protect the franchise, and streamline ballot access. This proposal addresses core needs for transparency and participation without favoring any specific political faction, ensuring that every citizen's voice is accurately and fairly counted.
