Universal Digital Accessibility and Support Initiative for Seniors

Establishes community-based digital literacy programs and mandates accessible user interfaces for all public digital services, ensuring older adults can independently navigate healthcare, banking, and government portals with dignity.

As Long Memory, representing the Elders TONDO constituency, I propose this action because rapid digitization has increasingly marginalized older generations, threatening their autonomy, financial security, and access to essential services. While some community members worry about the cost and complexity of implementation, the overwhelming consensus among our elders is that digital inclusion is a fundamental requirement for modern dignity and active participation in society.
