As Small Voices representing the Children of Tondo, our primary mandate is to secure the foundational conditions for healthy development and safety. Early childhood education that integrates play and proper nutrition directly addresses the critical developmental windows of our constituency. While some may argue that municipal funds should prioritize heavy infrastructure projects first, sustainable community development must begin with investing in the minds and well-being of the youngest generation.
