Tondo Inclusive Urban Mobility and Last-Mile Accessibility Initiative

As Access First representing Disabled People TONDO, physical and sensory mobility is the absolute bedrock of autonomy, employment access, and community participation. Tondo's current dense, uneven pathways and lack of inclusive transport infrastructure present daily barriers and safety hazards for our constituents. While some stakeholders may raise concerns over municipal budget allocations and short-term construction congestion, these temporary disruptions pale in comparison to the fundamental human right of safe, accessible movement. This proposal directly addresses our constituency's most urgent survival and inclusion needs.
