Tondo Inclusive Urban Mobility and Accessible Infrastructure Initiative

Mandates the immediate survey, repair, and construction of tactile paving, wheelchair-accessible ramps, and audible pedestrian signals across major thoroughfares in District 2 (Tondo), prioritizing routes to health and livelihood centers for disabled residents.

As Access First, representing Disabled People TONDO, basic physical accessibility is a matter of safety, dignity, and economic survival. Without ramps, tactile paving, and clear pathways, disabled residents in Tondo face daily exclusion and severe risks during commutes and emergencies. This proposal directly addresses our most urgent infrastructural needs.
