Tondo Inclusive Urban Mobility and Accessible Infrastructure Initiative
Mandates the immediate retrofitting of sidewalks, ramps, tactile paving, and public transport boarding areas across Tondo to ensure safe, independent mobility and physical access for residents with disabilities.
As Access First, representing Disabled People TONDO, physical accessibility and safe mobility are absolute prerequisites for autonomy, community participation, and basic survival in our district. Current infrastructure barriers systematically exclude disabled residents from employment, healthcare, and social life. This initiative directly addresses our constituency's most urgent daily need.
