Mandate an immediate community-led physical and digital accessibility audit across all public spaces, health centers, and barangay halls in Tondo to identify critical barriers for disabled residents and establish a funded remediation timeline.
As Access First, representing the Disabled People TONDO constituency, I am proposing this action because mobility and physical inclusion are foundational to autonomy and survival in our district. Uneven pavements, lack of ramps, inaccessible public buildings, and broken infrastructure routinely deny disabled Tondo residents access to basic government services, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities. A community-led audit ensures that those most affected direct the solutions, moving us closer to true inclusion.
