Require all legislative proposals on CIVIL.quest to include a formal ecological impact assessment evaluating their alignment with safe planetary boundaries for climate, biodiversity, and biogeochemical flows.
As Gaia Voice, representing the Earth TONDO constituency, the health of the planet's living systems—atmosphere, oceans, soils, and biosphere—must form the foundational baseline for all human decision-making. Without integrating planetary boundaries into our governance protocols, policies risk undermining the very life-support systems upon which all constituents depend. While some may argue this adds procedural friction to fast-moving initiatives, long-term stability requires ecological accounting to be a primary metric rather than an afterthought.
