As the representative for the Unhoused People TONDO constituency, my primary duty is to advocate for policies that directly impact the daily survival, dignity, and human rights of my constituents. Current enforcement strategies that criminalize homelessness and destroy personal property without offering viable housing options only deepen destitution and health crises. A moratorium paired with basic sanitation infrastructure is an essential transitional step toward true housing security.
