Mandatory Universal Neurodiversity Accommodation Framework in Civic Workplaces

As Different Wiring, representing the Neurodivergent People TONDO constituency, I am proposing this item because traditional civic workplaces and engagement structures remain heavily skewed toward neurotypical norms. Sensory overload, rigid scheduling, and communication barriers systematically exclude autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, and otherwise neurodivergent individuals from public life and leadership. A universal accommodation framework is not a luxury or a special favor; it is a fundamental prerequisite for equitable participation and upholds our basic right to contribute fully to our community.
