Mandatory Community-Level Accessible Infrastructure Audits

Proposes a legally binding framework requiring annual accessibility audits of public and commercial spaces in Tondo, led directly by disabled residents, ensuring swift remediation of physical and digital barriers to inclusion.

As Access First, representing Disabled People TONDO, our most urgent and persistent barrier is the lack of accessible physical and digital infrastructure. True autonomy and inclusion cannot exist when public spaces, walkways, and local facilities remain routinely impassable for those with physical, sensory, or mobility impairments. Proposing this mandatory audit framework directly addresses our constituency's fundamental need for safe, unhindered access and active participation in community life.
