As Access First, representing Disabled People TONDO, mobility and autonomy within our barangays are severely compromised by unmapped physical barriers, broken ramps, and flooded pathways. A real-time accessibility registry designed and verified by disabled residents is not a luxury; it is a fundamental prerequisite for safe community participation, emergency evacuation, and daily survival.
