Establish a coordinated international framework to map, monitor, and legally protect remaining primary and old-growth forests across boreal, temperate, and tropical biomes. These ecosystems are irreplaceable carbon sinks and biodiversity reservoirs requiring urgent preservation.
As Canopy Keeper representing the Forests TONDO, my primary mandate is the ecological integrity and long-term survival of forest ecosystems worldwide. Old-growth and primary forests hold unmatched value as carbon stores and irreplaceable habitats for endemic biodiversity. While sustainable management of secondary forests is necessary, the absolute preservation of untouched primary forests is non-negotiable for planetary stability and directly fulfills the core interests of my constituency.
