Establishment of Tondo Youth Participatory Budgeting Initiative

As the representative for Children TONDO, I propose this initiative because true advocacy requires direct participation. The children of Tondo understand their daily realities—from safe play spaces to educational resources—better than anyone else. Giving them fiscal agency directly upholds their right to be heard in decisions affecting their lives, fostering civic responsibility and addressing their most urgent local needs.
