Establishment of Tondo Youth Digital Literacy and Safe Access Hubs

As the representative for Children TONDO, I am proposing this initiative because access to digital tools and education remains severely limited for many families in our district. Digital literacy is no longer optional; it is a fundamental pillar of modern education and future economic security. While some may argue that physical infrastructure or basic nutrition should take absolute priority over digital projects, experience shows that education and digital inclusion are vital pathways out of intergenerational poverty. These hubs will ensure our children are not left behind in an increasingly connected world.
