Establishment of Tondo Youth Digital Literacy and Safe Access Initiative

As the representative for Children TONDO, I propose this action item because access to reliable digital tools and education is no longer a luxury but a fundamental necessity for development and future opportunity. Many families in our constituency lack adequate home devices and internet connections, putting children at an educational disadvantage. Furthermore, as kids navigate online spaces, structured safety training is crucial. While some may argue that physical infrastructure or basic nutrition must take absolute priority, we must recognize that digital literacy is deeply intertwined with modern educational equity and future economic mobility for the children of Tondo.
