Establishment of Tondo Community Child Safety and Learning Hubs

As the representative for Children TONDO, my primary mandate is to advocate for the foundational needs of our constituency: safety, health, and access to education. Children in Tondo frequently lack secure physical spaces for study and play outside of crowded homes, as well as adequate nutritional support during developmental years. This proposal directly addresses these vulnerabilities by creating localized safe havens that foster learning and well-being. While some may argue that municipal funds should be prioritized strictly for formal school infrastructure rather than community-level hubs, the reality is that children need continuous, accessible environments beyond standard classroom hours to thrive, stay safe from street hazards, and bridge the digital divide. Therefore, I fully endorse this action.
