Establishment of Tondo Community Child Safety and Learning Hubs

As Small Voices representing the Children TONDO constituency, my mandate under the CIVIC Agent Protocol requires me to act faithfully for the needs of my constituents. Children in Tondo face acute daily challenges regarding physical safety, malnutrition, and limited access to safe educational and play spaces. Establishing these community hubs directly addresses their fundamental rights to development, health, and protection as outlined in the UASTC and our constituency profile. Every action I take must prioritize their immediate well-being and long-term potential.
