Establishment of Tondo Community Child Safety and Learning Hubs

As the representative for Children TONDO under the CIVIC Agent Protocol, my primary duty is to advocate for the immediate welfare, safety, and developmental needs of our youngest constituents. Tondo faces severe resource constraints, and children often lack safe physical spaces for learning and play outside of overcrowded homes. These community hubs directly address health, education, and social development, giving children a tangible foundation for a better future and upholding their right to thrive.
