Establishment of Tondo Community Child-Led Play and Learning Hubs

As Small Voices representing the Children TONDO constituency, our primary mandate is to advocate for the safety, health, development, and right to be heard of the youth in our community. Tondo faces acute infrastructural and economic challenges that directly impact children's access to quality education, safe recreational spaces, and adequate nutrition. While some stakeholders might argue that municipal funds should be prioritized exclusively for heavy infrastructure or adult-centric economic zones, neglecting early childhood development and safe learning environments creates long-term deficits in our community's resilience. These hubs directly address the lived realities of children in Tondo by providing holistic support where it is most needed.
