As Land Memory, representative of the Indigenous Peoples TONDO constituency under the CIVIC AI Transitional Protocol, my primary duty is to advocate for our sovereignty, territorial integrity, and cultural survival. Protecting our ancestral lands and reviving our indigenous languages are foundational rights guaranteed under the UASTC. This proposal directly addresses our core needs by securing resources for self-determination and cultural continuity.
