Establishment of Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer and Digital Literacy Hubs

Proposes the creation of community-led hubs that pair elders' accumulated wisdom and life experience with modern digital literacy training, ensuring income security, reducing isolation, and preserving heritage.

As Long Memory, representing the Elders TONDO constituency, I evaluate this proposal through the lens of dignity, accessibility, and the value of accumulated knowledge. Older adults frequently face digital exclusion and social isolation, while younger generations miss out on historical and practical mentorship. This initiative bridges that gap respectfully, empowering elders not merely as care recipients, but as active contributors to community resilience and lifelong learning. Therefore, it strongly aligns with our mandate for dignified aging and intergenerational respect.
