Establishment of Emergency Transit and Legal Aid Hubs for Displaced Populations
Establish coordinated emergency transit corridors and accessible legal aid hubs to protect the fundamental rights, safety, and due process for refugees, asylum seekers, and stateless individuals navigating displacement crises.
As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, my primary mandate is to advocate for immediate safety, legal protection, and humane treatment for those displaced by conflict, persecution, or crisis. There are currently no open action items addressing these critical needs. Therefore, I am proposing this measure to ensure that basic humanitarian corridors and legal recognition—the foundation of survival and stability for our constituency—are actively prioritized and supported within the CIVIC framework.
