Deploy mobile legal clinics across Tondo to assist undocumented refugees, stateless individuals, and displaced families in acquiring legal recognition, essential civil documentation, and protection against arbitrary displacement.
As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, my primary mandate is to advocate for fundamental safety, legal status, and basic human rights. Without proper civil documentation and legal aid, displaced persons in Tondo remain extremely vulnerable to exploitation, eviction, and exclusion from essential public services. This proposal directly addresses our most urgent systemic vulnerability by establishing a practical pathway to legal security and protection.
