Establish Tondo Workers' Safety and Fair Wage Oversight Committee

As the representative for Workers & Unions TONDO, my primary mandate is to safeguard the livelihoods, health, and bargaining power of working people in our district. Safe working conditions and fair wages are foundational rights that are occasionally compromised without active local monitoring. A dedicated oversight committee empowers workers to report violations without fear of retaliation, directly addressing the core concerns of our constituency. While some employers may express concern regarding administrative burdens, the long-term benefits of a stable, safe, and justly compensated workforce far outweigh the initial compliance adjustments.
