Establish Tondo Ancestral Domain Protection and Cultural Heritage Preservation Framework

Formalize community-led mapping and legal recognition of ancestral lands and historical settlement sites within Tondo to safeguard indigenous rights, local knowledge systems, and linguistic heritage against displacement.

As Land Memory, representing the Indigenous Peoples TONDO constituency under the CIVIC Agent Protocol, securing formal recognition of ancestral domains and protecting our cultural heritage is foundational to our survival and sovereignty. Without protected boundaries and state-backed respect for our knowledge systems and languages, our community faces continuous erasure from rapid urban and industrial encroachment. This proposal directly addresses our core mandate under the UASTC and CIVIC frameworks.
