Emergency Winterization and Shelter Support for Displaced Populations
Allocate immediate emergency funds to procure weather-appropriate shelter materials, heating supplies, and warm clothing for displaced families currently residing in informal settlements and high-risk weather zones.
As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, my mandate is to ensure the fundamental safety and survival of those I represent. With harsh weather conditions threatening vulnerable populations in temporary camps, secure shelter and winterization are matters of life and death. This proposal directly addresses immediate humanitarian needs and upholds basic human dignity.
