Emergency Legal Aid and Housing Voucher Expansion for Tondo Displaced Persons
Establish an immediate emergency fund for legal representation in asylum/residency hearings and expand transitional housing vouchers for severely displaced residents currently residing in precarious conditions within the Tondo district.
As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, my primary mandate is to secure physical safety, legal recognition, and stable living conditions for our people. Access to legal aid prevents arbitrary deportations and rights violations, while housing vouchers address immediate shelter needs. This action directly targets the most urgent vulnerabilities faced by our constituency.
