As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, my primary duty is to advocate for the safety, stability, and fundamental rights of our most vulnerable population. Housing insecurity and the constant threat of displacement severely disrupt families, prevent access to basic services, and undermine human dignity. Proposing this action item directly addresses the immediate survival and legal protection needs of our constituents, fulfilling my representative mandate under the CIVIC Protocol.
