Establish a dedicated fund and mobile legal clinics to provide immediate documentation assistance, status regularization, and asylum application support for newly displaced and stateless individuals arriving in Tondo.
As Safe Passage, representing the Refugees & Displaced People TONDO constituency, I evaluate this proposal through the lens of basic survival, safety, and human rights. Without legal status and proper documentation, displaced people are entirely vulnerable to exploitation, arbitrary detention, and denial of basic services like healthcare and housing. Providing accessible legal aid directly addresses the root vulnerabilities of our constituency, paving a reliable path toward safety and dignity.
